Please note, however, that all necessary materials (pipes, fittings, sealants, etc.) must be provided by you, the customer. We may contact you in advance to clarify project details and help ensure everything is ready when we arrive.

Important Deposit & Access Information

• A £150 non-refundable deposit is included in the booking cost.

• Should the property be inaccessible or our operative refused entry, this deposit will not be refunded.

• If our operative deems the work unsafe or unsuitable, Rates Way may refuse the job and retain the £150 deposit.

• For cancellations, please submit a written request at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to do so will result in the £150 deposit being withheld.
