What’s Included

• Labour Only: Our experienced operative will work up to 8 hours (9am–5pm).

• Essential Tools & Equipment: We provide basic items (step ladder, paint brushes, rollers, buckets, scrapers, knives,  battery-powered drill and impact driver).

• Professional Service: If the task is deemed unsafe or unsuitable, we may refuse the task.

Materials & Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for supplying all materials (paint, wallpaper, fillers, etc.) and any additional equipment beyond our basic kit.

• We may contact you in advance for further details to ensure we have the correct scope and preparation.

Important Deposit & Access Information

• A £150 non-refundable deposit is included in the booking cost.

• Should the property be inaccessible or our operative refused entry, this deposit will not be refunded.

• If our operative deems the work unsafe or unsuitable, Rates Way may refuse the job and retain the £150 deposit.

• For cancellations, please submit a written request at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to do so will result in the £150 deposit being withheld.
