What’s Included

Our operative will arrive equipped with essential tools—such as saws, drills, routers, and sanders—ensuring efficient and precise workmanship. Please note that all necessary materials (lumber, nails, screws, finishes, etc.) are your responsibility. To help you prepare, we may contact you before the scheduled date to confirm project details and required materials.

Booking & Deposit

• Labour-Only: Enjoy up to 8 hours of dedicated service between 8am–6pm.

• £150 Non-Refundable Deposit: This deposit is retained if work is deemed unsafe, if our operative is denied or unable to access the site, or if you cancel less than 48 hours before the start time.
  

Important Information

• If our operative considers the task unsafe or unsuitable, we reserve the right to refuse the work, and the £150 deposit will not be returned.

• Please ensure the property is accessible and authorised for our operative to commence work.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to the booking; otherwise, the £150 deposit will not be refunded.
