Deposit & Access Information

• £150 Non-Refundable Deposit: This sum is included in the booking cost and will not be returned if the work is deemed unsafe/unsuitable, the property is inaccessible, or our operative is refused entry.

• Cancellations: Please submit cancellation requests in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time; otherwise, the £150 deposit will not be refunded.
