Important Deposit & Cancellation Information

• A £150 non-refundable deposit is included in the booking cost.

• Should the work be deemed unsafe or the property be inaccessible (or access denied), this deposit will remain non-refundable.

• If you need to cancel, please send your request in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time; otherwise, the £150 deposit cannot be refunded.
