What’s Included

Our operative arrives fully equipped with essential tools—from screwdrivers and drills to stud finders and saws—ensuring professional workmanship. However, all required materials (such as brackets, screws, fixtures, or hardware) are your responsibility. To help you prepare, we may contact you in advance for project details.

Booking & Deposit

• Labour-Only: Access up to 8 hours of dedicated, hands-on service, between 8am-6pm. 

• £150 Non-Refundable Deposit: Included in the booking cost and retained if work is deemed unsafe, if the property is inaccessible, or if our operative is refused entry.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be in writing at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive any refund beyond the deposit.
  

Important Information

• Should our operative consider the task unsafe or unsuitable, Rates Way reserves the right to refuse the work. The £150 deposit remains non-refundable.

• Please ensure clear access and authorisation for work prior to our arrival.

• We aim to deliver a seamless experience, whether you need help hanging curtains or undertaking a variety of small fixes and maintenance tasks.
